At any time you can email us and request that your personal information be permanently removed from our system.

By entering your email address and placing an order with us, you agree to receive from time to time news/promotion information updates from us. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us at support@nzbabydoll.co.nz to remove your email address from our mailing list.

You can unsubscribe at anytime from emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the email.

Payment
We accept credit card payments via Paypal. Once you have placed your order you will temporarily be redirected from our site to Paypal so that you may securely process your payment. When payment is complete you will be redirected back to NZ Babydoll Lingerie. Payment on your credit card will be displayed as NZBDL without any reference to lingerie.

Shipping
All shipments are discretely packaged with the sender labelled only as NZBDL with no reference to lingerie.

International Customers

International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:
- Customers are liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs involved in shipping to your destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, shipping costs and purchase price of the goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that in the event that the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping charges (to the customer and back to us).
