RETURNS
Due to the nature of the items we do not accept returns except in the event of an incorrect item being received or the item having a manufacturer defect. Please email us first to advise us of the issue. In both cases the item must be returned to us within 7 business days of receipt (we will reimburse you for reasonable postage costs in returning the item), unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging intact and any labels still attached. We will provide a replacement item of the same size and colour, or in the event that the item is not available we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage).

Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
WAIST:
Hold measuring tape at your natural waistline. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
HIPS:
Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
What if I'm in between sizes?
If in doubt we recommend that you go with the slightly larger size
What does S/M, M/L mean?
Some items are adjustable or elastic enough that they come in combined sizes. For example, an item might say it's available in two sizes, S/M and M/L. This means, for example, that a size S/M will fit you if you are either a S or M as shown in the size chart. Likewise, a size M/L will fit you if you wear a M or L, as shown in the size chart.
What does One Size Fits Most mean?
These items are usually made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps making them capable of fitting an array of body shapes and sizes. If you are at either end of the size ranges above, particularly at the upper end, then you may want to avoid the "one size" styles.
